10 Minute Burner

Try this 10 minute burner! Let me introduce you to an acronym I may use often. EMOM= Every Minute On the Minute. This means that at the top of every minute you will complete a round. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete: 5 burpees, 5 air squats, 5 sit ups and 5 push ups. You have the remainder of the minute to rest until the next minute starts up. This is meant to be done as fast as you can within each minute! If you find completing the movements in a minute to be difficult or challenging, feel free to switch to just completing 10 rounds or dropping the rep scheme to 4 or 3. Let me know how you do!
